He won first place in the 1998 Rio De Janeiro State Championships and was the 1997 National Champion third place 1996 World Championships and 1995 and 1997 Rio De Janeiro State Champion. He competed in the invitation only 2001 and 2003 Abu Dhabi Combat Championships. His No Holds Barred record is 2 0 and has trained under Fernando Cruz Victor Ribiero and Rento Verrissimo.
